The BEANZ Loyalty and Content App is a ready-to-use app on Salesforce’s Customer Communities platform.
The application provides lots of out-of-the-box features, based on experience in Loyalty Management making it innovative, flexible, scalable and secure. Some of its optional features allows advanced settings to cover image recognition of the receipts and bring in AI capabilities.
It provides standard templates through which companies can set up their websites or link to their existing websites within days, with advance customization functionalities.
Some of its target industries are: Retail, speciality retail, FMCG, supermarkets, lifestyle companies and HORECA (hotels, restaurants, cafes).

Smart Backup And Archiving Solution

Smart Backup allows automated archiving of all Salesforce data that is required only for reference or statutory purposes, allowing optimization space on Salesforce, and providing advantage of unlimited storage provided by AWS. It provides sassy ‘one-click’ access to all archived data from a tab within Salesforce, with the same set of permissions as the ones that are configured within Salesforce.

Key features:

Automated Backups are configurable as per data archiving policy, including data to be archived and frequency of archiving.
Minimum storage of 4 TB for Salesforce files and records.
Security, scalability, reliability and availability based on the top-of-the-line AWS standards.
Option to archive with or without attachments like images, documents, PDD’s, emails.
Retention of permissions while retrieval of archived data at the same granularity as that in Salesforce.
